Thank you for requesting an appointment with Dr. Hussaini and considering our practice for your medical care. 
 
Please be aware that we currently only accept the following insurances:
  • Aetna
  • BlueCross BlueShield 
  • Cigna
  • Medicaid (we only accept traditional Medicaid and cannot accept Medicaid MCOs like Wellpoint or Maryland Physicians Care)
  • Medicare (including Medicare Advantage/Replacement plans)
You will be treated as self-pay if you do not have insurance or if you have a different insurance (e.g. United Healthcare, Maryland Physicians Care, Wellpoint, etc.).
 
The self-pay rate for a new patient appointment is $120 for 60 mins. Follow-up appointments are $60 (30 mins).
